Sorry you have missed this centreTalk. In March's centreTalk Elaine Quigley will talk about Graphology.
Elaine is a psychologist and past chairman of the British Institute of Graphologists. The value of Graphology is that it is ‘Brainwriting’ and thus comes directly from the writer in a unique way, no matter how they have been taught. The graphologist understands the styles of different national types and languages and takes this into account, but the final result comes not from the content of the piece of text, which is really
irrelevant to some extent, but from the uniqueness of the writer.
The skill of interpretation is in the psychological art of understanding how the particular blend of features can allow the writer to '’step off the page'’
