Due to COVID-19 many organisations have been challenged with how to, or should they, hold their 2020 AGM. Our Trustees have decided that it will not be possible to hold the meeting safely and this is consistent with the government guidance.
The Trustees have put in place the following measures:
a) The Annual Report and Accounts for 2019 will be available for members from 7th August via the website or from the Centre after it reopens on 1st September (please phone or email in advance so it can be ready for you to collect). For both the on-line and paper versions there will be the option to vote in favour or against. To vote you will need to provide your membership number which is on your membership card. The deadline for returning your vote is Friday 25th September
b) The Officers, Trustees, Management Team and members of all other teams will continue until the 2021 AGM
c) The independent examiner for the 2020 accounts will be appointed by the Trustees at their meeting in September
