Take Your Target went to India on page 9 and then there were pictures galore from the Wassailing custom in Blind Lane Recreation Ground that the parish council organised – without the rain this time. A review of the ABBA tribute followed on page 11.

Target had a 60th wedding anniversary to celebrate on page 14 when Brenda and Keith talked about coming to Bourne End and finding a good local community. They will be celebrating with family and friends in April. Congratulations to them.

Three pages of Community Centre News and worth noting is the Open Day on Saturday 8 June when everyone is invited to come in and see what there is on offer. More of that in the June/July issue so look out for it and make sure you come along. The movie in the evening is a sing-a-long with Mama Mia – Here We Go Again.

There’s was a farewell to Dr Liz Bailey, details of Hedsor Open Gardens and a Past Times featuring the origins of the Abbotsbrook Estate. Not forgetting fund raising for our marathon running vicar. All a good read in the April/May issue of Target.
