The Golden Years 2025 Event – 5 Essentials of Living Well, takes place in the May Woollerton Hall on Thursday 30th October at 10.30am-1.30pm. This is a free event for the 60+ community to attend and will be opened by Dame Mary Berry. There will be over 35 exhibitors showcasing healthy eating, good hydration, fitness classes, social groups, community associations and activities that are available in the local area. There will also be expert talks and fun demonstrations, free refreshments and free goodie bags for the first 150 attendees.
