November's centreTalk is about the local craft of chairmaking. Hear about the heritage of the making of the world famous Windsor Chair

including how the Bodger worked in the local Beech woods, the Benchmen who made the non-round chair parts and the Framer who assembled the finished chairs. In contrast an explanation of the life of a modern day woodturner who benefits from advanced machinery and tools to produce a vast range of wooden products.
